You'll regret it if you do. The card is playable but no one has optimized a deck yet. Next expansion may make it better too. I pulled gold Ysera from a pack and never dusted it, too rare. Don't do it brooooo
can we choose our own cards next time? It's been fucking ages since I could make a fun deck in tavern brawl. Those 3 card brawls are the best, mill druid all the way!!!
Unfortunately tech cards in this game are mostly worthless. They are always under statted, need to be drawn at the perfect time and of course are 100% useless when you are matched up against the wrong class which seems to to happen right after you add the card to your deck. Eater of Secrets is wonderful against a Mage with a full stack of secrets. But.... more often than not it's simply a wasted slot and a total garbage 2/4 body.
The game needs to have flexible tech cards where they get a stat boost IF you don't use their listed tech. For example, say you play eater of secrets and it does not eat any secrets. The stats should change to at least a 3/4 or maybe a 2/5 so it can have board presence or at the worst not be totally useless. Harrison Jones is another cards like this. Terrible card in every situation except for the Dream case where it kills a fat weapon and draws you a bunch of cards. If it doesn't kill a weapon then it should change to a 5/6 body or whatever.
Sorry but IMO tech cards suck. Blizzard needs to fix the broken decks and overpowered cards. Like quest mage....deck is so obnoxious and obscene. Just fix it and we won't need crappy tech cards.
How could you not predict that this would happen? Maybe it's because I used to play magic but I don't suffer confusion around the rules in this game. They do what they say and no epic play has ever been confusing to the point like a massive stack in magic. I watched Thijns playing his OTK inner Fire priest and he's questioning a play wondering if Wild Pyro will clear his board, I'm just thinking "yes, obviously it will" (confusion stemming from the keyword "after") and then the sumbitch does the play, clears his board and all I can do is palm my forehead
Use Highlander. Prepare Shadowform and Raza the Chained. Turn 10 drop Velen + Holy Smite + Mind Blast + Hero Power = 18 Damage.
Alternatively in non-Highlander, Turn 10 drop Velen + Radiant Elemental + 2xHoly Smite + Mind Blast = 18 Damage.
The benefit of the former is that you can chip away with Hero Power until they are within range.
if you can manage to make a Spell Damage minion stick the damage of these combos are greatly enhanced. Before rotation Thaurissan was used for OTK but it was a very unreliable deck (miracle Priest)

I like the author. He seems honest. Nice deck too, I run the "privelaged white kid" version but this is great for the f2p community. +1

Can't remember name. 1 mana - 1/2 "remove 1 durability from opponents weapon". You don't really use him for weapon removal though

Yeah I played a game on curve, silver moon portal'd my opponents minion and soul siphered my own. It's purely luck

depends on the meta. tech cards tend to be OK 1-ofs In Arena (at least before new arena). Think about how much AcidicSwamp was used last meta

Lost 3 games in a row on ranked. Thanks your deck made me decide to stop playing for another day.

I replaced fire fly with crystalline oracle. Yea or nag?

Yeah what that guy said. Once you lose your chill you're not gonna play well. There's really no point continuing until you've settled down

the single shell raiser looks really out of place

but... control decks are viable...
