    1. Make a deck that's interesting
    2. Write a small write-up. Really doesn't have to be big, you can expand on it if you deck grabs attention. Don't leave the reader without anything written because that doesn't appeal to us.
    3. Have some succes with it. Sure, a Dragon N'zoth Highlander Quest priest sounds cool, but if it plays like shit it doesn't get upvotes
    4. I usually put a new deck in my signature. It helps grab attention a little, and shows you're actually proud of your creation.
    5. You can try to make a thread about it (in the right forum section!). This helps it get the first ~100 views.

    Good luck!

If you think you're the reason people are playing Razakus Priest and Keleseth Rogue, I'm sorry to break it to you, but you're not.

It seems that you (and a couple others) missed the sarcasm in the first paragraph (followed by the "But seriously..." ) XD
Though it does take a special type of ego to claim someone didn't do what they said they did, without any proof to the contrary. But to each his own... ;-)
Well, the reason we missed the sarcasm, is because you didn't write it sarcastically. Starting on a new alinea means it's a new subject, or at least doesn't convey expressed emotion of the previous.
The reason I say you didn't is because there is no single person accountable for these two decks; masses of people made them simultaneously and then finetuned it later on, because it's obvious these are strong decks in the current meta. Kind of dumb that first you say you're being sarcastic, but then become defensive about the statements made about your 'sarcastic' comment though.

I mean, I am always quite flattered when I see people playing my deck ideas like Razakus Priest or Keleseth Rogue. XD
Gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to know that I am shaping the meta...

    But seriously, (...)

If I face a druid, I have to see only 1 card to know every card in his deck. If I see a Priest, you can safely assume it's Razakus.

This point, however, I wanted to pick up on. :-)
This is something that I think a lot of people who complain about netdeckers completely miss. The fact that by so many of the same deck being used, it gives a huge advantage to your opponent. They know what your deck does, what cards you are likely to run and what to expect.
This is a big positive towards the idea of netdecking and why it's not such a bad thing - for everyone. :-)
Yes, I know exactly what my opponent is going to do and which cards he has. How is that positive? That's the exact problem; staleness.
Even worse is that you know what they have, and then lose because their deck is Tier 1, and you couldn't play around it. Or do you mean that you have an extremely high winrate against Razakus Priest, Keleseth Rogue and Jade Druid?

There's nothing wrong with one person netdecking. The reason it's frustrating is that people are doing it en masse. This causes huge staleness in the meta only a couple of days after an expansion launches. If I face a druid, I have to see only 1 card to know every card in his deck. If I see a Priest, you can safely assume it's Razakus. And so on

Warrior: If someone is playing Warrior currently, he's probably playing Pirates or Dead man's hand. This is the snowflake of today's meta

Shaman:    90% chance of Evolve Shaman
Druid:         80 % chance of Jade Druid
    Mage:        70% Secret Tempo Mage
    Rogue:       Keleseth Rogue
    Paladin:     Murloc paladin
    Hunter:     Midrange Hunter
    Warlock:    Zoo
    Priest:       Razakus

Staleness is the problem, Netdecking is what causes it to happen extremely quickly.

Well, because they are very, very different cards.

Ancestral Spirit allows for your minion to instantly respawn (Earth Elemental mostly), whereas with Spirit Echo, you'd have to replay the minion and overload yourself again. Also, although Doomsayers aren't much in the current meta for some reason, Ancestral Spirit'n your minions on his Doomsayer is pretty, and pardon my Twitch Language, Kreygasm.
