 Ok, let's not have this conversation derail too far. I don't agree with iWatchUSleep here though. I don't wrong him for playing a powerful deck and "abusing" the state of the format while doing so. That doesn't mean he can't realize and voice his opinions on the problems that arise due to Blizzards neglect of the format, which allow decks like these to swarm the ladder to begin with. As OP stated, he doesn't blame other players for playing these decks. That would be hypocritical. He's criticizing  the game/card design.

I agree with you. It's difficult to balance with such a large card pool but I do think a few surgical nerfs would make a big difference. I think big priest, mill rogue and jade druid are the worst offenders. The first because its an oppressively powerful flip-a-coin style of deck, and the latter two because they kill deck archetypes (namely control). Barnes is a good starting point for nerfs imo. Jades as a mechanic is prohibitive to begin with. Frankly I'd like to see it removed entirely.

Personally I watched the tournament, so I'm not affected. However, revealing titles like this one are not necessary and can easily be avoided. It would take a very small amount of effort to avoid potentially spoiling the results for many people. Yes, spoilers can be difficult to avoid but they can also in some cases easily be prevented.

PS: Not intending to come off as hostile here, just my take on it.

If they ever touch Consecration, because it’s in most Paladin decks, i lose my shit! It’s only in every deck because Blizzard isn’t printing anything else.

 I suppose it's possible to use spell generating cards like 6-mana chess horse piece to try to generate more board clears. But yeah, paladin could use some more dedicated board clear cards.

I'm usually not one to whine about new cards, but man, what a boring design.
No idea if this turn out to be viable or not but for being an old god I was expecting something more.. flashy.

No offence, but this misunderstanding is getting a bit old.

Only C'thun is going to have these kind of dedicated cards that synergize with it.

I don't mean to take it out on you but if you look at any of the latest threads regarding the card reveals you will see that half of the thread is cluttered with posts where people assume all of the gods will have synergies like that and people have to reply to them over again telling them otherwise.

In case you didn't know these specific cards will also not be usable in Arena.

Since the new patch ''create random deck'' that you can choose to use when you click ''done'' after creating an unfinished deck has been modified. It no longer gives random cards but now instead only gives good cards that generally see play.

Personally I think this is a bit of a shame. I enjoyed playing with friends using these random wacky decks where instead of playing with our usual decks each draw would be a discovery. Something I noticed with Blizzard and their games in general is that they leave no stone unturned when it comes to messing with and controlling every aspect of their games. Sometimes these ''imperfections'', like random deckbuilder creating ''eccentric'' decks, are the things that keep a game interesting after a long period of content drought. 

They did something similar with WoW a bit ago. Many players enjoyed the challange in soloing outdated bosses in the game (me and a friend included). It was something that was bound to happen eventually as player characters grew stronger but which the WoW dev team perhaps hadn't prepared for.. So what do they do? They make sure everyone and anyone can solo these bosses by nerfing their power drastically.

For potentially challanging solo content you are now referred to the official route known as brawler's guild.

To be fair there are still some raids that are challanging to solo but I feel as we were ''robbed'' of alot of good soloing content.

Back to topic, what are your thoughts on the randomizer not being so random anymore?
