There's a 7/7 Taunt that has Deathrattle: Summon a 7/7 taunt, which came out in the latest expansion and that costs 10, so if I gave Arthas taunt, it would be too overpowered. Also yes a The Lich King for 5 mana is op, but this card can easily be countered and it has very low stats for a 5 drop.
