I don't think any class should have specific cards that are just too good to consider other cards. It srsly kills the number of decks that you can build on, thus making the game in general very stale. How many games have you seen control druid in ranked? None because FON+Savage Roar is too effective. How many times have you seen a paladin that doesn't have a Tirion? None because that one card is gives too much value. It's fine to have have class-defining cards, but the problem is that all these cards narrows deck variety as a whole. I have not seen control mage in ranked for once. Why? Archmage Antonidas forces players to build around him in order to be good, but to do that you need to have low-cost spells, and so Rhonin was basically not included. It was very selfish of you to say that opponents should only think about countering you. HS is supposed to be a thinking game. A game where you rly have to take risks and predicting next moves, not a game where you autopilot the same 30-card deck. What's the fun in that? Just because you can win?
I wish there was a way you could turn off emotes. Or if you weren't forced to look at the emote when it shows up on your screen. Sucks man, maybe next update there will be an option to turn them off or to somehow ignore them.
Do u mean squelch? u know u can turn off their emotes by right clicking on their face during game right?
that's because u can't play for shit and then start to complain about the deck cuz u keep losing. it's not about the deck, u just suck. I got 5 straight wins already.
10 straight losses, hasnt seen a single flame waker in like a hundred drawn cards. Sitting with 8 coins in hand every game with nothing to do with them. Feels great!
Let me tell you secret paladin and druid are very unfavored against zoo. Zoo used to be manageable before LOE, after LOE dark peddler guarantees you two minions on 3 mana for tempo or just the other effect of discovering a power overwhelming/soul fire (Make it 2 with bran). Combine this flexibility with bran + enhance o mechano+ Implosion+ 3 mana or less sea giants on turn 4 + wind fury on crap/sticky minions +a multitudes of power overwhelming on that crappy windfury drop + unlimited card draw and you have the definition of cancer.
I am not bad with control warrior, I reached legend multiples time with it, I am just shocked that the difference in climbing speed is this high.
ZOO is the definition that the game hearthstone takes almost no skills if player choose to play one of the top tier deck lists which are zoo,druid and secret pala, with zoo being the easiest one of all by far.
As a control warrior if you get matched up against a druid, prepare to defend the whole game, play near perfect with your resources and board clear and most of the times still lose to a double combo lethal. If you are a druid and you get matched up with zoo players, you prepare to defend the whole game and still lose to leeroy/crappy windfury minion + 2-3x power overwhelming on it for a surprise 20dmg + burst + board.
And what is the most disgusting thing of all this? Zoo does this all on curve, with minimal "life tap" needed. You go try and play the new zoo deck without doom guards and tell me it isn't disgusting. I even feel disgusted winning with it every game.
Have u seen wat a secret pally on perfect curve is like? Have u seen wat a dragon priest on perfect curve is like? Have u seen wat a combo druid on perfect curve is like? minimal hero power needed. Any good decks can perform exceptionally well in perfect curve. I guess that ur just rly good at zoolock. Perhaps better than ur control warrior.
I get legend almost every season playing control warrior, however the climb is pretty slow. Until 30 min ago my rank kept going up and down between 8 and 9, because of all the druids and zoolocks on ladder. So I decided to join them using zoo, and wow 30 min later I had a winning streak and I am now at rank 5. Let me tell you I have been playing hearthstone since the beginning and I don't even have more than 60 games of warlock, doesn't this proof that this deck is clearly overpowered? The only bad matchup is freeze mage. If Blizzard is going to nerf something, they should think about adding dark peddler to the list, I have never played something as OP as that 2 drop.
One more thing, I destroyed zoolocks w/ dragon priest, so it's nowhere near broken
