Hey guys! Another question i came up with after playing some games! So i was playing with my new reno mage deck. Then i ran into a N'Zoth rogue deck. I was doing fine. But then he played Sylvanas Windrunner, i was like ok, i polymorphed it and killed it. So the problem here is that when he played N'Zoth it spawned Sylvanas. I still don't get it because N'Zoth's battlecry is ,,Summon your Deathrattle minions that died this game''. But technically Sylvanas didn't die, it was the sheep who died. Is it supposed to work like this or is it a bug?
It sounds odd, I've done it several times and Sylvanas DID NOT come back... maybe you missed another Sylvanas' death? I know it sounds crazy but it's the most logical scenario...
No he only had 1 i'm 100% sure. I started spamming ,,Wow'' after he played N'Zoth because that was unbelievable.
I'm 100% you missed something. I have had a lot of these moments but It's because I didn't notice something.
i finally found some time to watch aome seat story cup and there was one thing that glaringly stood out to me (though I havent watched the entire thing yet), imo HS pro meta has never been this boring, I think it has never been this autopilot since it took off as an esports. There were worst metas (buzzard, undertaker, low mana freeze hell, various 8 mana spells which should always have been 10 ... Ive loved HS epsorts since before artosis v kripp ... but u always had your handlocks, your old rogues, control warriors, control priests ... mixed in). But honestly I have never been this bored watching pro games, I couldn't keep going if seat story wasnt such a fun little event with most of the hs scene on a casual "stage".
Dragon warrior, shaman, pirate warrior, priest, freeze mage, even rogue to some extent all run on the curve autopilot to the extent that most games look like the old druid mirrors. Somehow blizzard even succeded making priest (of all things) an autipilot curve deck :/

Yeah, I still don't understand why all these aggro decks are allowed or why Yogg was never banned. Watching pros play pirate warrior is so boring and it feels so dumb.
Charge mechanics are fine. It is the weapons that need changed. I think weapons should have a single turn to activate after they have been equipped, just like minions. Current weapons are just better charge minions. Arcanite reaper compared to leeroy jenkins for example. The fact that current weapon removal and taunts dilute deck quality, I think weapons as a whole can use a nerf.
Amaz once said that the weapons should only be able to hit minions. I think that's a great idea since it really only has ''negative'' effect on aggro decks.
So I have been on the forums on this site for a long time and it seems to me that the tone is usually negative no matter what happens.
If a new set is relatively weak with less meta impact then people bemoan the set and complain that they ever spent money on it. If the set is strong then the complaints are that the game has become too pay to win.
Similarly if control decks are strong then the games too slow/p2w, of aggro then too fast cancer.
Whatever set is strong needs nerfing and whatever set is weak needs buffing even though keeping 9 classes perfectly level is just about impossible.
So what is the real issue? That the game is super punishing for not winning. On ladder you need a consistent win rate to get anywhere and it takes an insane number of games to climb to legend and even with casual you often have to win to get your quests done. This results in a lot of negativity so I think some sort of change needs to happen to make game feel more fun.
But I'm not sure what change. Any thoughts?
They need to stop making overstatted 1 drops and crazy random rng cards. That's it. That's all they need to do.
How do everyone get to legend??? I'm stuck at rank 10. Doesn't matter what deck I play it loses to jade decks and pirate warrior.
Its insanly hard 10-5 this season for me. Rank 5-L i steamrolled with my jade aggro shaman
I started playing aggro shaman too and I was one star away from getting legend then I lost 3 games in a row. Ladder is so boring and stupid it makes my blood boil so now I'm just playing for fun.
Why does Priest have 'Steal' Mechanics ? WHY ? Why do I have to be killed by MY OWN CARDS when playing against someone entirely different ? Why does Drakonid Operative have to take that one card,ONE FUCKING CARD that kills me,why not ''Discover dragons that cost 5 mana or more'' or something like that. What the fuck is wrong with Team 5.
I hate it. Today I lost just because my opponent stole my N'Zoth.
There's Inner Fire. I'm sure they will make a card like this in the future since they often make new cards by combining cards. Like Twilight Flamecaller or Abyssal Enforcer. Both of them have the effect that already exists in form of a spell.
