Good question, these are the hardest matchups for the priest, but you can win.
Against the quest mage I always focus on the amount of healing and try to gather enough in my hand by turn 10 to keep my health within 20 health. Wincondition: put out elem and demon and then nzoth.
It's really hard to play against a blackguard. Again, it's better to aim to win through nzoth when the blackseeker burns his whole deck. - And this is the most unpleasant matchup, it's anti-class.
Against all the others is an easy win.
