Because Day9 is excellent at making shitty cards sound useful and exciting.

No competitive streamer is going to sit there and try to sell you on these garbage cards but Day9 will squeal like a schoolgirl at pure dust 0/10 cards.

They can get a dude to hype up crappy cards while acting like a doofus or a competitive player to diss all the filler reveals. 

Kibler, a very positive guy, was notoriously too critical for them. Hence day9.

Awful useless card. You never play this. Ever. Spreading plague is about 8 thousand times better and this is a beast with anti synergy to Druid beast/taunt resses.

Awful card, horrible design. Absolute fail to even think of this card in a class with spreading plagues and that specifically only wants beasts and taunts to cube/rez which this card is batshit anti synergy with. 

And in the same expansion they released a neutral 5 mana 3/12 Taunt beast that rezzes as a fucking 3/12.

One of the dumbest cards Blizzard has ever printed and whoever came up with it should be fired.

If you can get it to consistently 2 mana draw 2 it's bonkers. The discard is irrelevant in the type of deck you'd play it in (minion based.)

Yes, it doesn't currently have a home but this is a card to watch out for BIG TIME as more expansions come out. If Mage gets some flood minions a card like this could be the key for a zoo deck.

In short feels useless right now but cheap card draw always has potential. Always.

Lackey is the only problem. Specifically how easy it is to kill your own lackey.

Skull you can tech against.

Lackey should just say "if your opponent kills this minion, summon a random demon from your deck."

That's it. Problem solved. The mechanic is already in the game, they just fucked up by not applying it here.

Super great card. A better Kobold Librarian and for Warrior.

You probably play this in every warrior deck just for the draw. Rush is clearly best in Warrior at the moment.

There has never been a card with a well costed minions that also immediately draws a card that hasn't been great. See Kobold Librarian, A rcanologist, etc. One of the few sure things in Heartstone.

Unless these last cards are a ridiculous powercreep over the revealed cards this expansion seems like a bust.

The best class/deck got better, aggro decks got a little bit of help and nothing else has shown up. Yikes.

I think its pretty nice to have a card that replaces itself in a Control Mage. I know most of you play Braindead mage and Dude paladin and you think anything beyond 4 mana is unplayable but hey, thats why youre playing those decks and never played a control deck. 

 

Weeeeee a useless meme card.

If mechanics are introduced to allow cheaply drawing specifically minions it could be a combo piece. 

But not even close to viable atm.

Over 70% of the people replying think this card will be played?

Guys. Go look at Strider for Rogue. That card is twice as good and maxes at tier 3.... in a class with tons of draw.

This card is 1/10 dust.
