The timing of this nerf is just not right, and every tier 1 decks is so called degenerated.
Just take a look back in March and April, seeing after coldlight just rotated out, Kingsbane wasn’t called degenerated and goes into meme decks category. See, one particular archetype does really well in a certain meta(probably tier one or two), people will call it degenerated. I kinda agree those broken archetype are degenerated to play against, but hella fun to play.
What I am trying say that the meta is heavily affecting decks performance, there is more than one way than nerfing cards to weaken a broken deck. They could buff some cards to get rid of some annoying decks or make a new set of rule except wild and standard to play those annoying deck.
Also dust refund doesn’t recover what a player has lost due to a strong nerf, a better refund should be made. For example, blizzard could give two to three pack to players who own copy of that nerf card, which is way more friendly to those F2P players.
So yay, Blizzard kinda screwed the game up somehow.
Blizzard make a damn bad timing for nerf, should have tell the community few weeks or days before the nerf.
When the meta has just gone stable after the new expansion, players most likely would start crafting around this time(2-3weeks after expansion launched), announcing nerf now would definitely hurt some F2P players and the others confidence to craft. Terrific job, just craft some competitive deck yesterday, kinda feeling furious.
Maybe give us more refunds on dust would be good and where is the damn nerf to hunter spellstone, should make it 7 mana
As well as the win condition for pally, another late game decks have their own way to win like exodia mage, jade druid. Pally are just going for the face in the late game in order to win
As we all know, paladin is a class which plays fo values and having wins by outvaluing the opponent, beating them to death. But the recent expansion like koft&CAK literally lost their direction. The minions are overcosted comparing to its stacks and board effect.
Also, this class is lacking a good aoe without combo involved. While other class of control archetype like preist, warlock receives a powerful board clear and removals in the coming expansion, paladin are just receiving more dudes. That’s not how board control heavied class work, creating more minions doesn’t affect the board much.

Wondering if hearthstone can create a minion or spell that can silence opponent’s weapon and destroy it?
I mean we need more tech cards like this, to hinder your opponent win conditions

Druid gonna get rotated out of standard on April,LUL

Wouldn’t the wording be ‘if your hero power dealt 8 or more damage this game ‘, I am wondering.

It has to be exactly 8 damage, kinda restrictive. If this card is ur last card, it may even affect ur whole game plan
One star

Thanos will be pushing hearthstone’s meta into a more rock-paper-scissors meta than now

But that’s how the deck win ,you’re the one who let him finish the combo. You could have just concede and get over it.
It is so irony that the dumbest player is you,not him. Wasting time telling us how bad you get screwed.

Would be great to see it in arena deck

I tend to see more control paladin card, not an aggro card again.
Nowadays, contol paladin don’t put much 1/2drops in their deck, except doomsayer, dirtyrat
While aggro paladin is literally unplayable,i can only see this card fits in midranged mulorc paladin.

Finally a way to ensure silverware golem and cluchmother zavas being discarded
