I'm not saying it is NOT Blizzard, but there is a possibility that the increase in price comes from something else. For instance, on an iPhone, buying something directly from the mobile shop means Apple takes a cut. To avoid loss in revenue (because Blizzard always needs more), they increase the prices of the mobile shop.
For the actual prize, and often even the actual purchase, I check the website-shop. I can buy anything I want there, with no increase to pricing (yet). Not white-knighting anything or anyone, but the increase in price doesn't always necessarily come from the one offering the product.
It's an increasingly frustrating archetype to face, indeed. At least until I realized that the curses are their only win-con against a Control deck, which I like to play. If you take away their opportunity to put Curses into your hand, they have nothing (considering you can mostly wipe boards with 1 or 2 cards). I learned to play nothing but the absolute necessary one or two cards to mitigate damage on board. My hand is almost always 9 or 10 cards full after turn 6.
But yes, the fact that one has to actually do the above-mentioned strategy is stupid to begin with.
For every time a Priest high-rolls you with that deck, there is a time the deck just perishes under any amount of pressure. It's not a big enough problem in terms of statistics, other than it being incredibly boring and with times frustrating to play against. To compare, Big Rogue was a problem because it was just too consistent. Rogue was able to tutor for specific cards, and Priest lacks that ability completely. Rogue was able to get the ball rolling turn 4 consistently, while Priest can reliably do that between turns 5 and 6.
I’m going to just test it. It synergizes with our high highest value cards, and hitting Vanndar on 2 is the dream. Might be worth it, but was primarily looking for something to curve with.

I think it was when ben brode quit, like after gadgetzen the expansions became worse and worse.
So tired of hearing this argument. Objectively looking at some of the expansions Ben was responsible for, we've had far worse metas than we have now. Ben Brode wasn't some kind of holy grail in Hearthstone's development but was rather a man with his own beliefs for what the game should be. The same goes for the team now. Is the game perfect? No. But can you really make a game like Hearthstone perfect, to everyone's subjective opinions? No.
What strikes me as even more incomprehensible, is why someone would play a game they no longer think is fun or interesting. If you want to keep playing but are unsure of the direction, take a break and hop back in when the game is more to your liking.
Literally, the only Holy spell still there after rotation, is Hold the Bridge. Unless we get a killer-spell this expansion, this is beyond disappointing.
Juggernaut isn't restricted to the class. I've seen it summon Swashburglar like a million times. If you want fact-based discussions, and even end posts with a snarky 'get it', at least make your facts correct.
Region: EU Usual Play Times: Online most evenings, 7PM CET Level of Experience: Advanced, new account Preferred Heroes: I play all classes equally as much I’m Looking For: I love spectating matches, preferably of someone playing slightly off-meta decks Tell us something about you: I'm a father of a wonderful little boy, and have a second one on the way!
For all the crap T5 gets for not making the game F2P-friendly, this many rotations with this many sets, in these short time frames, is the most F2P-unfriendly thing one can conjure.
The sheer amount of cards you'd need to join the meta when that same meta shifts every month, as the person above suggested, is mental. Not to mention how harsh the current dust economy would be.
All of this goes beyond the whole idea of the game being relatively accessible to new players. And it's a fact that a game lives or dies by how many new players join the target audience. All in all, if this were to be a thing, it needs to be a separate ladder, apart from Ranked. Otherwise, people simply can't keep up.
"Does Illucia make your opponent miss their turn entirely?"
Literally exactly what she does. Unless you think sitting their with an option to throw down a 1-mana 1/4, pressing Hero Power and rubbing one off is a good way to spend your turn on 7 mana.

Hmm, that is very weird then. Maybe Blizzard did increase the prices on their own then. Nothing changed in Canada due to recession and the like?

Hi, I'd like to change my name to "Eqo". If that is already in use, please use "EqoTone".
Thank you in advance.

Can't play Druid without Guff, the card's insane and is carrying every archetype the class has.
