I think you misread, he's saying the cost reduction to be moved down to 2 instead of 3.  I agree with the Edwin comment though moving it to HoF is a terrible idea.

posted a message on Help me get rank 5 with... Elemental Shaman!

As everyone has said, switching the coldlights for mana tides is a good change and puts something on the board that needs to be dealt with, Harrison isn't a bad tech card as it does provide some card draw but most of the time it's just sitting in your hand till turn 5 or 6 or you have to draw into it which is one of the problems with shaman as a whole.

The one problem I see is that you have no soft removal which in this meta is actually better than a lot of hard removal.  Devolve and Hex are exceptional against priest and warlock right now because they completely remove the target from the game, meaning they can't be revived with Eternal Servitude or Gul'Dan later on as well as shutting off any Deathrattle effects.  This also works against some Aggro decks like Dude/Murloc Paladin as it "usually" takes away targets from Lightforged Stegosaur/Gentile Megasaur.

Murmuring is best left at 1 as in my testing I felt it was just a dead card most of the time since it was really only good starting at turn 4 and that was if I had Jade Claws in my hand and didn't play it the last two turns.  Saving it for Blazecaller, Kalimos, or any jade card is probably it's best effect, though I have gotten some use from Servant of Kalimos with it as well but even then that's not till at least turn 7.  I do, however like the idea of it being used with Jade chieftain, I'll have to try it out.

When it comes down to Tar Creeper, Hot Spring, and Jinyu I feel that choosing one of the three is best and subbing the others for something like Thing from Below or one of the aforementioned soft removals seems a bit better in my opinion.  My vote goes to Hot Spring as it does all 3 things in one (heals, taunt, Elemental) along with it having no excessive drawback to silence (it's still a 2/4 and the effect was already used) and not having the overload cost makes it better than the other two in my eyes.

Some people may suggest the evolve spells and Thrall but I just didn't like them in the deck as they rely too much on building a big board and that's just not what elemental does, it feels more like a tempo deck with a restriction that requires you to plan out your moves two or three turns ahead.

Here's a baseline for what I was playing (I don't own grumble so I was subbing it for a Geist which worked out pretty well).

Sorry for the Novel length post but I feel there is something here that is just untapped and seeing others try it makes me feel like I'm not wrong.

Yes, the limit is for purchase only so if you win one it will be gifted to you.  Most likely the same way the packs were distributed during the HCT promotion.
