No, is what they said, or at least the half assed explanation they wanted to give to this thing. If Ragnaros wanted to turn against their former masters he can just do it by throwing fire at them, no need to turn him into a joke of a light elemental.
Anyway my complain is about the fact that they had like 10 paladins, easy, to turn into Legendaries, instead they go for this unfunny made up thing.Isn't enough with things like the Boogey Monster?

FortyDust posted a message on New Paladin Legendary Card - Ragnaros, LightlordPosted in: Card DiscussionHate to burst your bubble, friend, but every single piece of lore in Hearthstone and WoW is a "made up thing."They own the IP; they can do whatever they want with it. If you are taking the Warcraft universe this seriously, you have really, truly missed the point. -

protar95 posted a message on Tavern Brawl a waste of development time?Posted in: Tavern BrawlI don't think Tavern Brawl is a waste of time at all. In fact I think it's one of the most genius things Blizzard have ever done. Not just in Hearthstone but ever. Firstly it's a way for Blizzard to easily provide players with continuous free content every week, which they can't do so easily in a game like WoW. so that's great for the players. Maybe if you haven't liked these particular brawls so far it hasn't sunk in for you yet but this is new content every week forever! How many games can offer that? (Maybe loads for all I know, but it's still great). And from a business perspective it's genius. It's completely free, but because it is temporary content every week, that cannot be accessed once it's gone, it encourages players to check in and keep up with the game constantly. Which in turn engages them more in the game and makes them more likely to consider spending money on it worthwhile. Tavern Brawl is likely to be a huge money spinner without forcing players to spend a single dime or in game piece of gold, which is surely the best way for a game to generate revenue. And that revenue in turn provides resources for more content.

A'Dal is a Naaru, not an elemental. Nice cards overall, though, although Crimson Lasher is pretty broken. Average vanilla stats for a neutral without text is 2/1.

How? To be honest, I think it's awesome. Not only will they probably offer gold purchases instead of $10.00, they promised an expansion and an adventure every year. The middle one which we now experience is most likely a new form of content which is pretty much just a small content addition, and it's something a lot of people have been waiting for.

After Gilneas, most-all Worgen are assisted by the night elves and escape to Teldrassil around level 11-14. Immediately after, they travel to Darkshore.
-New Type of OP card like Dream Cards- Old God Cards! Note Old God Cards have the Hearthcards Demon Hunter skin. (Dark purple). I just might use them for other zones involving some titan-old god lore, so be prepared! And because they're so insane, it's going to put some serious pain in the stats. Because the cards are so good, instead of Ysera's 16 stat points, I'm reducing Azshara's, as it's an upgraded Ysera if she lives long enough.

Iah's cards:
-Note Radison's stat points are attack/health, so he could be anything from a 0/15 to an 7/8 or 8/7. It's all random. Note he's overpowered because of the many ways he could backfire horribly.
-Note I didn't include C'thun because he's better as a solo legendary for Silithus.

Worgens won, and this time Iah made a whole hero concept! I'm sticking to the usual, but enough talk, let's get to the fun part!
Iah's cards:
Note that both rampaging worgen and citizen are seperate cards, and the gilnean citizen just happens to turn into the rampaging worgen.

Kezan/Lost Isles came out a day late, so to even out the schedule, I'm adding in Azshara.

-Noted and balanced, but note Rethiel is actually a bog beast that the druids communicate with. I remember the Wetlands had night elves there. Not to mention Rethiel himself is technically an elemental in his own way, making it at least understandable he can summon an elemental.
1
After Loch Modan, most dwarves and gnomes will end up in the Wetlands.
-Rethiel summons a random elemental, meaning fire elemental, water elemental, and frost elemental are all possibilities, plus any I may have missed. To prevent it from being too insane, as it's already pretty notably good, Ragnaros, Neptulon and Al'akir aren't possibilities.
-Note summoning the ooze from the hero power does not replicate the hero power, as that would be way too overpowered.
-Feedback appreciated!

Undying apprentice is a buffed sorceror's. How is that fair for mage?
If even ONE minion died, it would be a 3/3 for 2 mana. If even more happened, you literally have the most broken card in the game.
Why aren't you improving the cards on the other threads like demon hunter?

-Murloc Forest Dweller is a Succubus without a downside and instead an upside of stealth.
-Murloc Arrow Hunter can pretty much annihilate everything if played on turn 3 with coin, or any later with any other murloc.
-Healing wave is literally Lesser Heal improved.
-Power of the Guardian is pretty much draw 3 spells, pretty much an improved version of the warlock hero power times three without any sort of drawback. If that were it's own spell that would be extremely broken.
