User error does NOT account for THIS MANY complaints. Where there's smoke there's fire. Are we the ones at fault for buying the wrong packs ? Sure. But the interface is broken as fuck, why would anyone put a deprecated product on a 69$ purchase button on release day ? Does that sound logical on any level ? No it does not. Why is it so hard for people to get it through their thick skull that this is an obvious design oversight - intentional or not - on the design department's part ?

 

Blizzard fucked up another release as far as Im concerned. happy to have wasted only gold and my account is still f2p, will not spend a single cent on blizzard any more.

If you are willing to pay $69 for a virtual product while entering a password and confirming your payment method, you, and only you, are responsible for making sure that you are buying the right product.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the design. The classic packs are selected by default because those are the standard packs.

Own up to your own mistakes, man..

Everyone here values their tuesdays so much, you'd think they didn't have anything better to do than play games.

If you haven't learned that Blizzard launches doesn't ship on time by now you deserve to wait.

What does one day to or from matter in the long run? Just add another day to the next launch date and you'll save yourself this unecessary frustration.
