It really should be "From another class." The archetype could use the support, and it would always be at least a little useful as an enabler even if you got bad luck.
Have you considered running Myrra’s in this? The combo of Myrra’s into Teysa + Sceme seems potentially insane, and you can avoid fatigue with Espionage. Also I would look into Oozes, and Harrison Jones, because the mirror match is undoubtedly the weakest due to the “opponent’s class” vs. “another class” interaction?
I'm not sure if this has been pointed out yet, but N'zoth will rotate the second we get new cards. And there's no point in playing this archetype in wild because of the far more powerful reno priest (as pointed out in this article). So whatever deathrattle support priest gets will need to be ridiculous to compensate for the loss of the deck's finisher.
So just to give some context, Novice Engineer was nerfed for being too good as a 2 mana 1/2 draw a card to a 2 mana 1/1 draw a card and it's STILL playable.

Has the benefit of stopping large turn 5 board wipes while still allowing the opponent to outplay.
