Against the grain, go Dragonsbane. If you love hunter it’s a no brainer because class legendaries  are just awesome. My 2 cents

     Ignore this guy.

    Go Siamat.

I agree. The most popular Warrior build right now can use this card after Galakrond for a combo that does at least 28 damage in face damage in a single turn (I think.)   I hate losing to nonsense like that. You can literally out play your opponent the entire game and still lose because you can't play around some insane combo.

I agree with your agreement. We are agreed.

    HoF Leeroy, cya!

You will realize how hard is play that without dying before turn 9, how shit it is if drawn after 18 cards. And how much is related to the minions left in the deck.

True in some cases is a winning card. but not really need a nerf. Try it out and you will understand.

basically what you're saying is; you're screwed unless you're playing a rush/aggro deck.

all styles and types of decks should be viable. with the deck that i'm playing, that card is an "insta-win" card against me.

Idk, maybe only summon 5 copies, instead of filling the board.

This card is way too hard to deal with, imho.

    Nope, completely original, by me.
I suppose you could say that the incentive for me to market the game, is so that more recruits/players come, which would drive the prices of my collection up.

On that note, just finished end of season. Rewarded 26 cards for the rank I was in. One of which was a legendary.

Can you say the same for HS?

Blockchain games are a scam, simple as that.

You can't "cash out" if no one wants to buy it.

     1. Makes an unverified claim, no evidence, no source, calls it a "scam."
    2. "Simple as that" de facto blanket statement, which nullifies credibility.
    3. I clearly explained how one could easily "cash out" if they wanted to.

I didn't explain the technicals/specifics as it's not as simple as just using your mom's credit card from the basement.

p.s.s. the game is still very early in its adoption phase, having already completed its Alpha+Beta sets (of which no more cards will be 'printed'!), and the next expansion is coming out this month, so the potential for ROI%+ is still very high.

    Sick of Blizzard's BS?

How much have you spent on HS?
Got anything to show for it?
Do you own the cards you payed for?

You know the answer to those questions.

Welcome to Splinterlands, a decentralized blockchain-based game, where you retain ownership of all your digital cards, and can actively trade them on the marketplace at any time.

Completing quests (win 5 ranked games with blue) could net you a few cards.
What if one of them was a Gold-foiled legendary? That could net you $300+ dollars just for playing.
There's also an in-game currency called DEC (dark energy crystals, like Hearthstone's gold) that you could trade out and convert into $USD if you wanted, or you could choose to spend it on cards in the marketplace. Entirely up to you.

Of course, there's always a catch. $10 for the starter pack to buy in to the game. After that, you can grind for your collection, or spend if you want. If you got sick of the game, you could liquidate your collection (like dusting) and cash out, if you so choose. Nothing to lose.

p.s. it's also fun to play.

I agree with this sentiment of comparing Current Hunter to the Shaman of two years ago (Troggs, face verision, ff, and midrange version with 2 doomhammers). Those decks were considered cancerous back then as well. That's when I first started playing HS, and of course I did my research and went and got as much dust as possible to make those decks asap. I climbed the ladder with those, then built my collection to play with a variety of other decks when I got "bored" of winning.

I took over a year off from HS, just coming back to it a week ago to this new meta. The last three explansions blew by me, the last I remember playing was Journey to Un'Goro.

Of course, almost my entire collection was worthless (I have a bad habit of dusting everything to suit whatever purpose I need at that time) and had moved to wild. I mistakenly researched an outdated "meta" article and built a couple druid decks. Lol... got smashed every which way.

Did some more research when I was less stoned... and found that the only meta deck that I could possibly afford was a Hunter deck. So then I built a Hunter deck, and proceeded to play the ranks, contributing to the "cancer". However, as of now, unless I want to play casual... that is my only option as that is all my collection will allow. (Unless I feel like getting beat around like a red-headed step-child as a Druid).

That's my 2 cents, and a long-winded story about how I am personally contributing to this "problem". I think the biggest problem is the Spell Hunter, which I currently can not afford ... every time I've played against one, Zul'jin has sucked out on me with the Hunter's version Yogg-Saron like abilities, which miraculously wipe my board every single time, putting me within lethal on the next turn.

Think we'll probably be seeing some spells/Zul'jin being nerfed a bit soon.
