I think the Zephrys offering a "perfect" card is only true if you are slated to win the game, since the games have mostly pre-determined who would win;
For example - in a game my opponent and I both had developed a pretty big board, he plays Zephrys and is offered FlameStrike to clear my board... On my following turn I play Zephrys and I'm offered Blizzard, Frost Nova and Ancient of War ... Blizzard would have only killed his Zephrys, his other minions only had 3 or 4 hp.. I had enough mana left to flame strike but wasn't even given it as an option. I just considered it a 'tell' that I wasn't meant to win that game.
