This one doubles the value of your hand on a body just short of vanilla. Which seems good to me, unlike the other two we’ve seen which provide a one turn tempo boost which can be nullified by a single turn.
I prefer my build around effect to provide value or some insane game changing effect rather than a slightly above average tempo swing. Even giant+conjurers calling provides more tempo.
