In Wild, I was thinking about this along with my C'thun warrior. You get this buff on your Twin dudes that are normally 4/6 Taunts, but you get 2 of them and they would be 6/8. Not bad.
And if C'thun has Taunt, which he could, then getting a free C'thun buff is cool too.
I am not sure about the taunt Quest in Wild. Maybe for fun.
You would get a 6/8 and a 4/6 Twin Emperor Vek'lor doesn't summon a copy it's a standalone card ;)
I like the idea of giving taunt to C'thun then buffing with Armagedillo, it's like a super Twilight Elder
Ah yes, If it doesn't say copy then you would be right. Still a strong play, at least in the fun ranks of the ladder.

For this card to be good, you need to hit at least 2 taunt minions in your hand.
This means playing lots of card draw and/or card generation cards that have taunt.
I think playing this to stay alive with no taunts in hand is meh at best, so you need some synergy before you throw this in your Standard deck.
Now, in Wild, I think this is very interesting, along with Dead Man's Hand, you could have endless buffed taunts.
