Make a clean install. I mean, when you uninstall hearthstone there are still some files. There are guides through the internet to remove them. When I got some similar problem, the technical service in battle.net guide me through the process, it's quite simple.
Then, after removing every Hearthstone file from the computer, install the game again.
I suggest to contact with the technical service. They could give you more options. I think that overwolf and that kind of apps don't mess with the audio, I bet there's some problem with the drivers or the operative system. This kind of things usually happen with new computers, because there could be some loose configuration.
