Because it's basically a 7 drop since you would never want to drop it on a board and not instantly tap. Seven mana turns like this are to slow for zoo, games are usually decided by this point.
I do see your point. However, if you run Defender of Argus, you can protect it viably at turn 5. I'm not saying you are wrong, but I am saying that it is a relatively low risk/high reward play on turn 5.
Hey, was making a zoolock deck today, and wondered why Mukla's Champion is not in it for later game. I mean, it synergizes with the large amounts of minions that zoolock puts out, can be protected with a Defender of Argus on other cards, and since it is a zoolock you will be using your hero power a lot regardless. Mukla's Champion would seem so synergize very well with zoolock and I am wondering why it is not a part of it.
