Used innkeeper for a cople days, than it just loged out by itself. And now i can`t login nor register always getting massage "There was an issue, please try again". Tried differrent e-mails, reinstaled innkeeper, swiched off firewall. Nothing helped...
I'm actually having this issue too - can't log in (has never asked me to log in before, I've selected the Automatic Sign-in option). Now it apparently doesn't recognise my login details.

Can you give the alpha version a try? We've just pushed a new build with some enhanced logging for login/register failures. There should be some new log files in %LocalAppData%\InnkeeperAlpha\Logs\ (something like 20161207-123456-123-Login.log), if you could PM any of those to me I can take a closer look.

Innkeeper developer - yup, it's probably my fault.
are you able to try it with the old connection? my guess is the IP had a proxy which was blocking it, the logs from that on the alpha client would be very helpful for other people that run into that issue
kk. Freddie will have to talk a look when hes back, (hes currently on a flight)
We added logging for the login issue. Looks like your old connection, the ISP goes through a proxy, were hoping the logs will help us narrow it down to fix it for all people going forward, so will have to see why its not making a log.
Same here i changed pass thinking that it would help also removed inkeeper from pc and installed it againg nothing changed still cannot log in. Yesterday it was working fine from today i have this problem.

Are you behind a proxy? it looks like something is blocking and giving a 403 for downloading a patch

Yup, no proxy, no antivirus, everything worked in the same conditions, and than just loged out and don`t want to work
