What does Trump mean with "3500 Gold cost" for this Warlock deck?

You can't buy specific cards in packs and you can't convert gold to dust.

Maybe i'm dense, but what is he trying to tell with this price ??

The average amount of gold to pack ratio it'll take via gold to have enough dust. This is assuming you D/E every card from the packs you buy.

Trump has an editor that does the deck overlay for him. Although most people just use the app linked above. 

Its legal btw and also extremely handy.
