With the addition of LOE the amount of wings available to purchase has increased yet again. As a general guide, it used to be get the first two wings of Nax. and then the first of BRM. I have taken a slightly different path buying the first 3 of Nax. and now saving gold for another wing. I am thinking that getting the 4th wing of Nax. would be good for zombie chow, mad scientist especially and potentially Feugn and Stalag (for Reno). The logic behind this decison was pretty much to make secrets-based decks available to play ASAP. So regardless of whether this is the right decision or not, where do you go from there?
I can't think of whether the first of LOE or BRM is better. The only thing I am relatively sure of is that if you but up to about wing 3 of LOE your aggro decks are going to have some essential cards now available to them. Keeper of Uldaman will also become available which is now pretty much a staple in most Paladin decks and Reno will be there to use (Mind you, Reno decks are mainly for well developed collections anyways). On the other hand, if you go with BRM and decide to go all in and work on buying all of the wings, you have a large dragon base. This would give you many options for deck-building (also making Tempo Mage available) which may help a developing player's collection along. If you also take into account that some cards of the last wing of Nax. are essential for certain deck archetypes (i.e. Midrange Druid), this also becomes an option.
Now for some considerations relating to my own circumstance. I am strictly F2P as I believe it is possible to achieve high levels of success in this game without spending money. So this means that I won't be spending money on adventures and will have to buy all wings with gold. In terms of the decks I have completed, none are complete due to the lack of adventure wings I have purchased. For this reason, the most versatile and overall useful (to multiple classes and decks) wings should be prioritised. To conclude, thank you to anyone willing to help out and read my post, hopefully a few things can be cleared up.

Well first off I think just outright buying the wings is the best option since getting 700 gold is about 2-3 weeks of dailies, not worth the time IMO. The fourth wing of Naxx is the best for you I think since mad scientist, deaths bite, and zombie chow are top tier cards. Dark Cultist is also good, F+S is rather meh however. The first wing of Blackrock mountain is better than the first of LOE. In BRM you have Thaurissan which is one of the best legendaries, grim patron which is key in patron warrior, and quick shot which is great it hunter. Gang up is also used in mill rogue. For LOE only Reno, Dark Peddler, and Jeweled Scarab are great and see play as of right now; however, the remaining wings of LOE are far superior than those of BRM. You get more cards (45 vs 30) in less wings (4 vs 5) for LOE and the cards are overall better quality. Wing 2 of LOE is arguably the single best wing out of all three adventures since pretty much every card in it sees some play and Keeper of Uldaman is amazing
Ok, thanks a lot. I will get the fourth wing of Nax. and then first of BRM. After that, I will probably do some arena to increase my card collection and gold. Any wings bought after the first two will probably cater to specific deck interests.
