Besides the battle.net funds and the credit cards issue i wanted to ask something else so those who are in Beta please throw me an answer if u know!
Are you able to use your paypall seperately to purchase something? I mean in the payment methods does the Paypall have a seperate button like steam for example that has Steam Wallet (aka Battle net funds) Paysafe Paypall etc etc.
Ok so in game it always prioritizes battle.net balance then your primary payment method. But if you keep your battle.net account website open and change the primary payment there it automatically updates in hearthstone. I tried it out with two separate credit cards I had attached to my account. Paypal can be set up as a primary payment method as well, that is also attached to my account.
I have used paypal without issue. I think it defaults to whatever paypal is tied to your bnet if I'm not mistaken. At least that's how I've seen it work on streams.

So can you choose Paypall and go through that?
I'm just going to bump this, because I really want to know this!

Yeah but in D3 ur paypall requires credit card to work. So can u purchase seperate from Paypall without the Credit Card Veto D3 had?
