I know casual play takes into account your win/loss when it searching for an opponent for you. But I have a question does this take into account your win/loos from your entire account or just with your chosen hero? Today I got the quest to win 5 matches with either a Druid or Hunter. These are two heroes that I don't generally play largely because I don't have to many of the expert cards for them and they just aren't my play style. However I threw together some somewhat decent decks for both the Druid and Hunter but whenever I run Casual I get paired up to someone with a much more advanced deck. I ended up friending one of them cause I loved his Warlock deck and wanted to get its complete build. When talking with him he mentioned that it was his main deck one that he played almost constantly. If I pop onto my Pally I can handle the opponents in Casual with little to no trouble. So my question is does my win/loss record on all my other heroes affect my MMR when going into Casual on a hero I don't play often due to the lack of cards? Or does the MMR look only at your win/loss with the chosen hero and I am just having horrible luck?
