Since I have been tracking I am 308-190 in constructed resulting in a 61.8% win rate. I am wondering what win rate is considered great and what win rate I will need to get legend? Highest rank I have gotten is rank 6.

You sure those stats are correct? I can't see how you could possibly have 108 more wins than losses and still never get past rank 6?
Yes they are correct it is a hearthstone app for Mac OSX
Never got past rank 6 because all those stats are cumulative over several seasons and over the course of whenever I installed the App (couple months ago back in the summer)
Like the dude above said, to reach legend you need to commit to playing 200-300 games in one season. 62% is easily enough to reach legend within a month if you can keep it up beyond rank 5.

I think that is the issue
Generally I can play well but if I lose a game or go on a bad streak it kind of puts me off away from the game a for while
Any tips for this? Like how many games do I need to win/play (concrete)?
Just do the math. The higher your win rate, the less games you have to play. At 60%, GivemeAgis calculated that it takes 122 games played to reach legend from rank 5. So probably it would take you in that ballpark of games.
When I did it for the cardback, I found it extremely boring and tedious and not enjoyable. The second I got to legend I stopped playing ranked for the month. What I did was just to force myself to play until I was at a higher rank at the end of the day than I was at the start. Then do that again the next day until you reach legend.
Probably best to also stick with one deck and learn it well.
Basically any win rate beyond 50% at rank 5 or higher is viable for reaching legend, however the closer it is to 50% the more games you need to play, you also need to keep track of the meta since dominant decks can change frequently especially after more content being introduced.
