I think you can't buy with another currency. Maybe if u can access a computer for other country to buy..
Well, you could try using a VPN to create a Blizzard account in the country you want to try, then gift your main account the bundle. Unfortunately, it seems that the countries that get "discounts" compared to every one else (Argentina, Brazil, and possibly others) are not allowed to gift. Trying it with a country like Canada may work, though.

You will have to change the country in Blizzard account, but for that sake you have to provide residence evidence - not worth it.
