Iceblock, Wild Growth, Doomguard and Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Personally I'd remove Counter Spell too, but I don't think blizzard will.
They might Hall of Fame Knife Juggler for it's RNG problems.
This time they will bring back some wild cards to fill the gaps on some of the classes that lost cards to the hall of fame.
Gang Up comes back to Rogue, Freezing Potion stays with mage and Warlock probably gets something like Imp Gang Boss or some other stuff from adventures (not gonna have an impact on the class either way).
New Cards:
Since they make expansions 6 months ahead of time, the next expansion was made with KFT in mind. At the time the neutral tempo decks were dominating, so they will focus more on good class cards and give more reason to play good 2 drops. There will also be a lot of removal in this expansion to deal with single big things on most classes. Especially Hunter who will finally get a good removal tool (who am I kidding?)
Shaman will get more totem cards and warrior decent minions that will allow it to have some decent tempo and not be useless for 5 turns.
They will stay as far as possible from Pirates this year and murlocs, especially since Gollaka Crawler is still in the game, there is no point in printing strong pirates. We will not see much focus on tribal synergy this first expansion. We'll get more cards that transform or remove an enemy without triggering it's deathrattle.
HOF: I'm pretty sure Blizz won't rotate Basic cards, since they can only be collected by leveling up. So any basic cards in your prediction I don't agree with. Now to your predictions: Ice Block and Auctioneer I definitely see potentially getting rotated. However ever since the Kobolds meta, I don't see Auctioneer anymore, so I don't think he'll get rotated THIS HOF. Ice Block though, definitely. All the statistics point to Ice Block getting the boot. Counterspell though is not gonna get rotated. It is the only card with the Counter keyword, and is completely balanced and fits a niche. Knife Juggler as well is only used in two decks, so it doesn't make sense to rotate him when he has a specific role, and isn't overused.
I do agree, I would like to see some Wild cards be added to Classic to fill the void. Here are my choices:
Kezan Mystic: This is the best Secret counter in the game, and it's Wild exclusive. Thanks to this card, Mages don't have crutches, Hunters are less disgusting, and it's decent as well. We need a secret counter since Eater of Secrets just doesn't cut it.
Justicar Trueheart: This is the only card in the game that can upgrade hero powers. Upgradable hero powers was such a great concept, but sadly Trueheart was overshadowed by the fact she was in Grand Tournament, what is regarded as the worst expansion the game ever had. She deserves a second chance in the Classic set.
Antique Healbot: Rogues and Hunters used to be able to use this for healing since they didn't have any. It was a great card for needing to get back on your feet, something that was lost in Year of the Kraken. Refreshment Vendor tried to fill the void, but it wasn't good enough. We need healing, and this is the card that can provide it.
Dr. Boom: Wait...let me explain. Yes, this is a controversial choice since we ALL had memories of the good doctor. Thing is, the Dr. Balance meme isn't even valid anymore. Hardly anyone in wild even uses Dr. Boom anymore since there's just so many more bigger and broken cards. In the current standard format there are lots of counters to Dr. Boom, and bigger cards then him, so in this new meta, it's time for the good doctor to rise again, and give control decks the boost they need.
Darkbomb: Warlocks are in need of a new common to replace Power Overwhelming, and Darkbomb is the perfect answer. A simple 2 mana deal 3 damage, that was great in making Warlocks controlly. Though, I know many will disagree with giving Warlocks Darkbomb back since they're broken enough as it is, but eventually the Cubelock meta will end, and when it does, Warlocks will need this to stay afloat.
Tinker's Sharpsword Oil: Another common that Rogues could use to replace the hole left behind from Conceal. Sharpsword Oil was great for weapon buffing and also to get a minion big enough to get a key trade. Alternatively, I could see Goblin Auto Barber being used instead.
