They are giving ranked games two modes to play: Wild and Standard. Wild lets you play using any card you've earned or crafted in the entire game — which means it is exactly what Hearthstone is right now, just with a silly name. You can play ranked games in it, climb the ladder, and earn chests and reward just like you do now. Standard lets you play using any card released in the last two years, along with the basic cards and any cards from the Classic card packs. This is the mode where older cards from adventures and some card pack expansions will not be played, so that newer cards will mix up the deck building dynamics more for people interested in that. You can also play ranked games in this mode, climb the ladder, and earn chests and rewards just like do now, just with a different play style.
Standard will be the mode Blizzard officially prefers for tournaments and world championships, because they feel the changing deck constructions will make each tournament more interesting as the years go on, rather than seeing people play nearly identical versions of current Mid-range Druid decks in tournaments 8 years from now.
That basically covers it and hopefully is more clear for you. The cards from adventures (starting with Naxxramas) and old card packs (starting with GvG) won't be available to buy anymore, but people can craft them with dust if they want.

I read somethings but I didn't understand yet, some questions I have:
Are they removing dr balanced and other cards from the game?
We can disenchant them?
What's the principal mode? Wild or Standard?
How ranked games will work?
Thanks and sorry If I missread something.

No, they are not removing anything from the game.
