So I was surfing through the priest cards and was thinking that it would be a great idea if other classes could get cards that affect the hero power ability, I think it would be quite awesome and it will open up more strategies for each class. I was thinking for example let's take the druid, it would be fun to have cards such as actual shapeshifting into a certain druid form such as Tree of Life for example which will have a restore 1 health and 1 more health at the start of your turn - something that will symbolize druids HoTs (Healing over time) spells.
Here are some cards that affect hero power examples:
Druid:
Tree of Life - Take the form of the Tree of Life replacing your Hero Power with Regrowth
Regrowth: restore 1 health and another 1 health at the start of your turn to all characters.
Rogue:
Stealth - Step into the shadows gaining Stealth this turn.
Paladin:
Seal of Blood: Deal 2 damage but suffer 1 damage.
Divine Storm: Deal 1 damage to a minion and 1 damage to the enemy Hero.
Hunter:
Spirit Bond: Summon a Spirit Beast (0/2 or 1/1 with some effect like the heal from a spirit beast etc)
Warrior: Berserker Rage : Gain 2 extra damage on weapon but the weapon is destroyed at the end of your turn.If no weapon is equipped, equip a 1/1
Mage:
Can't think of anything that won't be retardedly op... sorry xD
Note: Before you bash me, keep in mind that 1) I'm not suggesting that the hero powers should be changed, I'm just saying that simillar cards like Shadow Form could exist that affect the hero power of other classes. 2) The examples I gave are meant to be just a reference and are not meant to be taken seriously as I have no idea how to balance stuff :P 3) I'm wasting your time with my ideas. Speaking of which, I was just thinking about the minion, Auchenai Soulpriest and how I wished that it would do a spell/ability damage reversal across the board and not just on the priest's side. That would make it an essential card for the priest deck! It would be an interesting sight to behold.

I think some hero power altering spells would be cool. As long as they didn't become necessary to play that class. I like that the priest sort of only works for some decks.
I'm actually a little disappointed there's nothing fear-related integrated with the warlock class. Perhaps a card which replaces life-tap drawing a card with fearing a random enemy minion in play, rendering it unable to attack on the next turn.

the rogue stealth one is pretty imba, Turn after you change it you just sit there spamming it and you auto win

I like it! It's like the 'freeze' mechanic of the mage, but I think it should be just a smidge different, to keep the abilities unique... Brainstorm?
yeah more stuff like shadowform would be fun, imo but no stealth for rogue unless it cost like 9-10 mana to use.
imo one of the heros should have... AVATAR!!!! (immune to spells, a bit more health for short time)
warlock also have a class power changeable card :P The legendary Lord Jaraxxus. When you use it ur class power become "for 2 summon 6/6 infernal":P
