Guys, check the screenshot. I've got this beast nursed along 15 turns and by buffing it with all sorts of cards like +4/+4, +2, etc.

Has anybody reached higher damage/health?

I got ysera 48/48 a couple of times with the priest :)

Well basically, to answer your question, I was completely dominating the board when pulled Gruul out, still killing about 3-4 lasting minions.
Then I was just trolling the opponent by keeping him alive but leaving 1 health at all times for about last 10 moves. 
I forced Priest to spend high-tier removals early on, As you can see from the screenshot he died by natural cause ) by running out of cards ;)

I'm just curious what happened when one of you attacked the other. The announcer already sounds like he's going to have a heart attack when a person pulls a Golden Legendary card, and the "crowd" starts to "Oooooh!" above, like, 4 damage... I feel like it would be a nifty easter egg if there was a sound for something hitting with more than 50 attack.
