I've seen Aishi use it with a murloc deck for some fun discarding of opponent's cards (if you can time the Coldlight Oracles with the Naturalize). Without having played any games yet (still waiting on a key), I think it's worth it to have at least one in a Druid deck, if only so that you can remove a single major threat, if necessary.
I used to use that in my deck in lower layers.. since I hit 3*master I find it very risky to use against skilled players, so I just replaced it with another starfall
It's a 1 for 1 trade, giving your opponent excellent card draw, I think if you use it to take out something on the level of an Ysera/Rag/etc. it's probably worth it, anything less dangerous probably not so much. It's the riskiest of removal cards I think, and I'm not sure it's entirely fair.

I do enjoy using Naturalize, there's not much else in the game like it in terms of board presence. You get incredibly cheap board removal, then the entire turn is yours to do what you want in terms of board presence. Sometimes, you're forced into 3 for 1 trades anyways, say, against a Tirion Fordring where you have to pop his shield, then sack two minions for a kill. Or even a Ragnaros where you want to get him off the field ASAP. That's where Naturalize comes in handy, it costs a measly 1 mana, then you can play with the field or deal direct damage however you like. I agree with Skarma that it's the riskiest removal in the game, but the rewards in terms of impact on the field are probably just as good considering you can only play so much in a single turn due to mana constraints.
And for filling up your opponent's hand with Coldlight Oracle, that's hilarious.
Like many other cards, it's good on decks that can play around it, in this case it's usually for decks that deal a lot of damage fast (murlocs) and can't stand having creatures in front of them.
Its cheap for you and it destroys enemy minions and if starfire is too expensive for your deck naturalize is a good option it even can arguably be on par with starfire; naturalize allows a solid destroy 1 minion card compared the mostly OE spells or the smacking enemies to face with your face. Its a good option for a druid deck especially if your deck has decent amount of card draw.
It removes any minion, for 1 mana. Even though it gives your opponent 2 cards, this can't be bad in the right scenario... Wouldn't run more than 1 in the deck though.

Is Naturalize worth using in Druid decks, or is the drawback too risky?

It creates more problems than it solves.
