I know a lot of luck goes into what can happen during a match, especially for shamans and totem summons, and I realize this deck has challenges, but after making this deck, 1 game in, which I know is hardly a trend or statistical, it win! I just woke up with this crazy desire to see what an even/odd deck could look like. I totally forgot to put thrall deathseerer in there! My first iteration had him but I scrapped the deck and started over.
So looking over it again, some things may not belong like the minior elemental synergy. Neat idea, but weak. There's not a lot of spells, I know, and I worried about that too. Maybe I can trade in some murlock card for another spell.
The way I like to create decks is in layers. I'll search for something needful like 'draw', then I'll sweep through the collection, picking out cards at various mana levels (not a lot of options when you're doing odd (for now)! So I got me some draws, some taunts, then I started rolling in the murlocs wherever I could find them.
And yeah big dragons at the end. Pointless? Maybe but they had a lot of health and Ysera had potential to keep pumping out good powered cards. They are kind of a remnant of the first iteration before the first game where I wanted to use the recruiting dragon card and the Curator to summon stuff. That was some fun minor synery buffing dragons, beasts and murlocs.
