First, it's kinda hard to fully critique because we don't know what your choices are, but there are a few obvious things that are wrong.
<pre>1. Six 1 drops is too many, especially without having much... 2. Card draw, you lack it. A loot hoarder and a gnomish inventor is not enough for a curve that low. 3. No late game. Unless you KNOW you can draft a decent rush deck, you need some big minions or you will lose if the enemy survives until turn 8. 4. Doomsayer sucks. The only time he's worth playing is when the enemy can kill him instantly. Best case scenario, he buys you a turn and you don't take damage. However, you still are getting bad value and losing tempo. 5. You really seem to overvalue young priestess, and probably humility as well. I can't say, because maybe it was the best option each time, but I bet you picked them over better options.
Warrior: Looks decent, but hard to tell since we can't see your options. I notice you have 0 Firery War Axes. Either you go unlucky, or you passed some up. ALWAYS TAKE THAT CARD
Warlock: Never drafted warlock, don't feel comfortable judging that draft.
Mage: This draft depends entirely on what you had to choose from. It's a below average deck, but it may have been the best you could make. No flame strikes, no blizzards, no fireballs, no polymorphs.
FYI, you can scroll down to "Additional Information" and click the "Picks" tab to see all of the cards that weren't chosen. There were zero opportunities to pick any Fiery War Axes, Flamestrikes, Fireballs or Polymorphs. There was just one missed opportunity to pick Blizzard.
I took a look at the Paladin draft. Here are the choices I would do differently. Note: I'm still learning myself. I'm partially doing this for my own experience. My choices are in no way perfect.
Round 9 I'd rather have either of the other choices over the Tauren Warrior. Raging Worgen would be my choice.
Round 11 I'd probably rather have loot hoarder but no big deal
Round 21 I'd rather have Venture Co. Mercenary
Round 22 Dark Iron Dwarf is way better IMO
Round 23 I'd rather have Youthful Brewmaster. Repentance is not very good IMO.
Round 29 I'd rather have either of the other choices here as well. Dalaran Mage might be in the bottom 10 of cards out there and you it only really helps if you're playing Consecration at the same time as you play him. I'd take the Amani Berserker.
You can click the "Try this Forge Scenario" on the left of the page to go through the exact same draft with the exact same choices.
I was also going to mention that, but in fact, it doesn't work. The first pick is the same, but after that, it's completely different. When I tried your Paladin scenario, my second pick was between Ancient Mage, Knife Juggler, and Angry Chicken, when it should have been Mad Bomber, Fen Creeper and Core Hound.
Edit: Actually, you know what? Hearthpwn's arena simulator is just kind of broken ATM. It was mentioned previously that you didn't get any Fiery War Axes, Fireballs or Polymorphs. Well, it turns out that those are all "Basic Free" cards and due to a known bug, it's impossible to get them using HearthPwn's Arena simulator. (http://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/off-topic/site-feedback/712-known-bugs-feature-requests) Normally I would avoid linking someone to a competitor's site, but considering that the one here is broken, I suggest you try using the one at HearthHead: http://www.hearthhead.com/arena.

I just tried that on the warrior draft from above and it only stayed the same for the first pick. Everything after that was totally different.
Anyway looking over your picks for the warrior here are my thoughts:
Round 3: I love me some faerie dragon. I'd choose that one instead.
Round 4: I like flesh eating ghoul better. I like to make sure I have 2 and 3 drops before anything else and when good 2's or 3's come up I usually go with them.
Round 5: Same as above I like my 2's and 3's fleshed out so I'd take Thrallmar Farseer, but Frost Elemental is equally good.
Round 6: I'd take Youthful Brewmaster. 3 attack 2 healths are great 2 drops.
Round 18: Harvest Golem is so good I'd have to pick him.
Round 23: Stormwind Champion is way better than Darkscale Healer IMO.
Round 24: We have no weapons up to this point so I'd take Frost Elemental over Dread Corsair.
Round 25: I'd rather have Questing Adventurer. He can get huge if they don't deal with him. So, it's almost as good as a taunt minion or the sky's the limit if they ignore him.
Round 29: Abomination is a tough call. He can be helpful at times or a card you just can't play if you're ahead. I might consider Wild Pyromancer instead.
