Hearthpwn

Everyone is eligible to join the amateur division of NVIDIA's Pro/Am Hearthstone tournament. The top 16 amateur players from all Hearthstone regions get the chance to battle 16 invited players in a global playoff to win their share of a $25,000 prize pool and Hearthstone World Championships qualification points. All of the 32 players in the global playoffs will receive NVIDIA Shield Android gaming tablets. 

Amateur division:

• Registration open until Thursday, March 19^th at 12:00 PM EST
• 8 weeks of open Swiss format group play
• Players compete within their region 
• Matches take place at 9:00 PM local time zone

Professional division:

• 16 invited players
• Round-robin group stage
• Results determine global playoffs seeding
• Survival Guide

Global playoffs:

• On Saturday, May 30^th & Sunday, May 31^st
• 16 pro and 16 amateur players
• Single-elimination and best-of-five bracket
• $25,000 prize pool
• 230 Hearthstone World Championship qualification points
