Mine was the moment when I could've Hearthstone'd out to safety, but I had faith that Yogg would save me. Here's before and after Yogg decided I deserved to win this run.

I didn't have any faith in my outcome but I had to use it as I was dead to corrupted blood anyway. Very similar situation to yours, boss at around 60hp, me with 4hp and Yogg in hand. Not as much luck though. I guess you gotta believe to make it happen.
