I am by no means a great hearthstone player, but I'm a good one! (at least I think so) HOWEVER, since the release of the final wing for One Night in Karazhan, I haven't been able to win but a few games, I've changed my deck up, changed classes, etc and I'm just not having any luck... Am I the only one?
Do you reach rank 5 with ease every month? If you don't then it's most likely that you are not making your best play providing you are playing an established deck or that you are not mulliganed well. It is still early in the season and a lot of good players are still ranking up which can make ladder quite unforgiving, specially if you are not too experienced and are playing a low tier deck.
I would advise playing a deck like Zoo as it will teach you fundamentals for trading, value, calculating damage, positioning and playing around AOE.
Without more information or watching you play it would be hard to tell. Either way don't stress too much ok? :)
Unfortunately those two classes are not doing so well at the moment. Dragon warrior and hunter can punish those decks hard, not to mention the rise of druid and burst of shaman. I would play something else if you want to win more consistently.

Super frustrated!
I feel the same way. Whatever I play I can never win now.
Its mostly because blizzard broke shaman and its littered in the ladder.
Next to hunters using call of the wild to win games.
C'thun Priest and Dragon Priest are both pretty bad right now - when the meta changes, especially after new content comes out, decks that WERE good can often become pretty bad. Anyfin Paladin has really fallen as well, especially with Murk-Eye rotating out.
It also depends what rank you're playing at, as the meta is different at different ranks. Additionally, it's always a good idea to work on optimizing your plays - even consistent legend players make mistakes frequently and there is always something to improve! If you're interested (and NA, as I only have an NA account) I can spectate you and give advice on your plays and decks that would fit your playstyle. It's hard to tell without actually seeing you in action what the issue is that's causing your snag. If you're newish to the game, playing arena can also really help. It teaches tempo, trading, and how to play around common cards. When you get good enough, it can also be a huge source of income, netting you far more than it costs in rewards.
Feel free to PM me for my battletag if you're interested.

Could you be more specific about what decks your playing?

Current Deck: [Moon-Arcane Medivh]

I've mainly been playing priest. I've made a C'Thun and dragon deck, with no luck.
I also tried a paladin murloc deck and again no luck. These decks have worked wonders for me in the past.
