It's one mana less than twisting nether, weaker overall (except against deathrattlers like shredder) - not OP at all imho, pretty balanced.
No, it's two mana less than Twisting Nether. On top of that, it ignores Overload, meaning you can always play this on turn 6 regardless of how much tempo you gave up with Overload cards the turn before.
It's not balanced in any sense. Ditch the Overload ignoring and maybe we can talk.
This has a severe case of over-flavor. In an attempt to make the card interesting, the effect has become over-complicated without actually adding enough value to justify it.
I like it! Maybe ditch anything about Overload and just have the pulsing damage though, since Overload exists for a reason. Compare with Hellfire, which does 3 damage for 4 mana, so scaled up to 6 mana would do 4-5 damage, BUT it also hits face. Or Flamestrike, which is 4 damage for 1 more, BUT only hits your opponent.
It's on the strong side, but not overpowered. At worst it'd be a staple of Shaman decks.

Very nice idea, though overpowered. 1+2+3=6 damage, which is much better than flamestrike but cheaper.
Unless you mean 1+1+1=3 damage? Like 3 arcane explosions?
1+2+3 = 6 damage
Its to both sides, like Hellfire
Also, if you have spellpower totem, or any form of +1 spellpower, it will deal
2, 3, and 4
or +2 sp
3, 4, and 5 etc.

I think I like this better than the new shaman board wipe that was just released
