Hello everyone!! It has been a long time since I made a hero. The previous heroes were the Lich & the Dragon heroes. Now, a third has decided to join the gang!! His name is Price Lord Cartel. He Is ready to play his cards and hope for the best. Bear in mind, many of the cards maybe broken or not, It's "shady business" if you catch my drift. Anyway that will be all for now and hope you enjoy the cards I made. I am open to critique.

Backstory:
He started off as a poor goblin of the Horde, but eventually got to be one of the richest goblins of the Horde alongside Dr. Boom, but they both parted ways as Dr. Boom went to do his mad experiments while Cartel went to join his family. One day, his family got killed and he swore revenge over who killed his family. He soon finds out that it was Venture Co that had done this to him. Now he seeks to outclass and eventually shut down Venture Co for their wrongdoings as the best company owner in all of Azeroth.

Comparing this class to other classes you've made from the pasts, it is absolutely awesome. Most of these cards seem OP or underpowered, so you better carefully balance them next time.
Now I'll start with the price card, it is really cool hero power for midrange-ish hero that can scale well into late game with the new keyword "Keep", acquiring weapon that can be improved, able to gain a mana crystal, and disrupts an enemy's tempo. I really like it. Here are some interesting cards from my opinion for this hero:
1.Goblin Kamikaze 2. Dark Dino-Rider 3. Orive, Master Explorer 4. Dential Professional 5. Toxxy-Gunner 6. Hired Plague Lord 7. Shovel Sickle 8. Regroup 9. Confused Knight 10. Primitive Goblin 11. Goblin's Greed 12. Flaming Weapon, even if it's underpowered, there's a great synergy with other weapons. 13. Stolen Ironforge Hammer, broken but neat idea.
Few cards has error and the other one are imbalanced that need to be aware of, maybe it doesn't need an edit so we can learn the mistake:
1.Goblin Brewmaster: I'm sure it doesn't need to say "from the battlefield", it could just say return a friendly minion to your hand. I usually get this mistake too. 2. Mecha test winger, seems superior compared to a similar boombot enthusiast. The other guy is supposed to have a better stat than it. 3. Stolen Chickenizer, having 3 Hard removals in one card, way too strong. 4. Arrogant Knight, maybe losing that 1 Attack could be really important for him as Attack-4 is really weak in late game. 5. Francell, I don't think you should invent card if it doesn't met it's condition like Mech in both deck, because some players won't run it. Probably need a little rework. 6. Stolen Goods, very weak card, as Earthen Might costs (2) mana and is already has great value without Overload. 7. Boar Jockey, Incredibly powerful, yeah it can be stopped by Taunt, but if you don't have one, it will be really hard to deal with it. 9. Deadly Rocket, could have been 4 mana to be honest. 10. Toxxy Gunner, my most favorite card for this Price Lord hero, but it's extremely overpowered, maybe reduce it to 3 missiles and lower health to 7. 11. Gadgetzan Spy, worst of all cards for Price Lord hero for two reasons: Broken, and broken of all cards. 12. Goblin Survivor, the most common custom card ever made, I've seen this multiple time and it's really too strong.

Ok, my favorite hero has been updated and I'm excited to see the new cards, here we go!
One of my most favorite one is the new support for dormant minions. Some ideas are brilliant and I think I saw a huge effort there you're making. Although when I read the old cards, some are pretty lame but some are pretty awesome. Worth to see some cards around there, and it may bring some people a new idea to create their cards when they run out of ideas.
Well done on making those cards. I don't think I can make many content as you do. But once again, some cards need some efforts to make themselves cool card, rather than just dealing damage to an enemy minion. Because... there are a lot of interaction that deals ton of damage, but that was coming mostly from the old sets you've created, and some of them were incredibly broken. But you can reduce your mistakes in the making the next cards next time.
Now I don't see there are need some improvements. But few cards are just not appealing to me, it just feels they are rushed or something. But that's only contains 1/4 of your set, that's still a huge fraction you know, so there are some time to improve. Hope that helps you in your next making cards.

The reason why it took so long for this post to see any new change was because I was distracted by many things. Now I have made new cards to replace other cards. Expect to see new cards covering future expansions over the course of the next few months starting from Uldum. I hope that you find this well and found my custom class great.
