I just played a game in which I made a pretty big oops. I had a Quick Shot in hand and nothing else. I topdecked a Lock and Load. I played Lock and Load, then Quick Shot, expecting to draw a card for having an empty hand. Lock and Load apparently places cards in hand before Quick Shot checks for an empty hand.
This order seems completely reasonable to me, and it likely wouldn't have changed my line of play, but it just isn't what I expected to happen.
I thought I'd share in case anyone else comes upon a similar situation, and questions the interaction.
The rulings of game mechanism should NOT be within "Twitter" or some specific "Clarification". They should create a document, explaining how mechanics are handled by the game, adding new mechanics and description, and some such. I am not talking about a document with something like "Thunder Bluff Valiant will add the buff to the newly generated totem from HP". I am talking about something like this: "Inspire triggers after the Hero Power is resolved." or "Battlecry triggers before the minion enters the board" (which I don't know if it is true or not. Yet more the reason a document like this should be introduced.)

Well.. You do have point. Now I'm curious how Lock and Load will react with Soulfire. I wonder if you gain the card first then discard or discard check then gain new card. Though I do believe the former will happen.

Given the Quick Shot interaction, I would imagine that you would get the card from L&L, then Discard to Soulfire.

Sounds like Quickshot resolves after the play. I wonder if that means using Quickshot to kill Dancing Blades would work the same way.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
More proof that they need to have a solid document on how the game is supposed to work.
