This is a burn deck with very little minions. You can only have two minions at a time on the field, on either side of the Frozen Champion, anything else will die to frost breath. The champion is laid out for you on your side of the board. Use this to your advantage. Try to play your Nerubian Egg outside of the protective block, provided the creature is going to die next to your Frozen Champion. Sapph will not attack the 0/2 egg, but the frost breath will kill it on the outside of the protective block.

I used a variation of Liquid'Amaz's deck ( http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/92358-liquidamaz-heroic-sapphiron-takedown ) for normal. I will edit after I win on heroic with this deck. 

I made a few subs from the OP's deck, as I did not have all the cards. I added Archmage Antonidas for some free fireballs to finish Sapph off. Worked well, in one shot.
