Ultrasaur is the heart and soul of this deck and the entire goal is to survive long enough to play him and win the game. You'll be able to get to that point throught the massive Overpowerdness of mass dispel as well as it's combo with cards like eerie statue, ancient watcher, and humongous razorleaf. 

If you want to get to legend this deck is the way to go, I have not thought of any deck that could be a counter.
