This is a deck I made up and made changes with after seeing multiple control shaman decks but personally not being satisfied.
This deck rarely loses and its only really difficult match up is control warrior but they usually use all of their removal on the smaller stuff like thing from below or azure drake or justicar.
I recommend to Mulligan for your bolts and cracks as well as a board clear, you should be toteming when you have a chance to get thing from bellow out early to start the clear. As the game progresses you should almost never lose in the late game because you will have card exhausted your opponent and used their clears on totems and such.
Justicar isn't necessary but is highly recommended for the guaranteed best totem whether its healing against freeze mage, taunt against aggro, spell power always nice, and the 1/1 for warrior.
Let me know how you like or dislike the deck because I feel it has good potential and wanna make it good as possible.
I would suggest to replace Justicar with Elise Starseeker, to improve the control warrior matchup :)
Also if you run Earth Elemental, you could run two Ancestral Spirit, to ressurect them with full value for only 2 mana (we have almost none silence in this meta).
Try to replace 1 lighting bolt with +1 maelstrom portal, since we have flooding boards in this meta. It's great against hunter and shaman, and don't has overload.
You do realise that justicar in shaman is one of the best cards to play vs cw? and to be fair control shaman usually beats cw easily.
*edit* atleast my variant, this seems to have trouble with it.
What I am testing right now is cutting an earth elemental for either doomsayer or ancestral spirit, but more than likely going to run the doomsayer to control the board better earlier and I prefer two of's. As for justicar for elise, I would agree if the meta wasn't the way it was, having the guaranteed best outcome wins games more than having the time to play elise. Thank you for the advise!
