If Maloriak plays Release the Aberrations! on turn 1 take a look at your hand. If you think you can survive the damage (playing Annoy-o-Trons maybe) keep going, else just concede and try again.

Remember Maloriak plays Counterspell. You may wanna include a couple of cheap spells or a Kezan Mystic in the deck to play against it.
