Gloomstone Guardian is a straight drop, I wouldn't even waste my mana forging when I can drop a Geode or an Imp down to swarm the board.

Blood Treant here might seem overkill but it really shines if you make the right guess early game against those super slow reno decks otherwise save it for the molten.
