This deck is designed to target some popular decks in the meta. Glacial Shard is for Demon Hunter to slow them down on drawing Shopper with the weapon and x2 Runes of Darkness for potentially discovering Quartzite Crusher so that they never draw with their weapon. 
Asphyxiate for Rogue's Stealthed Zilliax. 
Plagues for Warrior and other reno decks. 
Healing for Burn Shaman and Board clears for Hunter. 
E.T.C has Dirty Rat Rustrot Viper Threads of Despair 
Perfect and Twin Module Zilliax.

The deck struggles against Wheel Warlock, Priest, and Druid. Plague and Rainbow DK is a bit of a tough matchup and Mage is pretty much an auto loss if you don't draw ETC and Dirty Rat their Sif.
