Dont start with secrets in hand, use secret legend when you have at least 2 secrets on board or if you can immediately play him in turn 3 with objection or counterspell (counterspell is so much better in this scenario because very few 4 mana minions kill him if no one)

Turn 1: Any

Turn: 2 Anonymous informant but do not play secret

Turn:3 coin + Orion with counterspell

This deck cannot win against aggro decks so do not expect to win before plat 5. But in diamond nearly every match is insta win.

Excavate is what makes this deck very viable with new expansion because even if you lose all your power, some random 1 mana sargeras will save your ass.
