People are having a ton of success with Casie's Concoction Miracle Rogue. PocketTrain was able to take this list to Rank 1 Legend, and Casie has since been trying to optimize the deck to be better suited against the mirror match (since most of your opponents in top legend WILL be playing this deck.

I have made this thread to showcase how the original list is great to take to the legend ranks, while talking about the new card inclusion from Casie, Vanessa Vancleef.

Casie's Vanessa Build:
+1 Door of Shadows
+1 Vanessa VanCleef
-2 Serrated Bone Spike

Gameplan:

Miracle Rogue is still crushing the ladder, just like during the Classic days. The only difference? We have 0 mana draw 4 cards as a common occurrence in this deck. I believe Casie's list (with or without Vanessa depending on your rank) is the best way to play Concoction Rogue. Cards like Wicked Stab (Rank 1) and Tooth of Nefarian are not needed when the concoctions can swing the game massively and are extremely consistent.

You have a variety of win conditions, but the best advice I can say is to make the play that is worst for your opponent, not just the best play for you. This advice makes sense in the Rogue match-up, where it's not about who plays the largest stealthed ghosts, it's about who can remove more of them. Mastering these win conditions and learning to finesse against certain matchups is crucial to do well with this deck.

HOW TO CHOOSE COCS

When it comes to choosing which concoctions you should choose, it is usually dependent on the situation, but here is the order in which I usually my concoctions.

Priority 1: Deal 3 Damage / Draw a Card.
These are the concoctions that will carry you the hardest. Drawing is crucial to find all of your key cards when you want them. Usually, cycling is always correct in the early game if you're not being aggro'd down. Dealing damage is the same concept, especially in board based matchups, or games you need the burst.

Priority 2: Destroy a minion.
This is the most important concoction in the mirror to try and kill Stealthed Ghosts from Sinstone Graveyard. It's one of your best comeback tools, and gives this deck ways to fight back for the board outside of Rush minions. Knowing when to pick this concoction is very important.

Priority 3: Summon 3 drop / Add random card costs (3) less.
These are the worst concoctions, only because they are hard to control and have high variance. I've seen randomly generated King Krushes from my opponent, but I always find a Batty Guest or Crimson Sigil Runner. The best advice I can give, is if you want to choose a random card, it can be good since most cards you get will be roughly 0 mana. You can use this concoction to help Sinstone, but there are better ways to do so. Summoning a random 3 drop is unimpactful and takes away board space for Rush minions and ghosts.
Only pick these concoctions if you have no choice, are already ahead on the board, or need to highroll a random out.

Feel free to post any questions you may have about this deck. I will try to reply back to any questions or comments.

Mulligan:
ALWAYS KEEP: Potion Belt, Sinstone Graveyard, Blackwater Cutlass

SOMETIMES KEEP: Wildpaw Gnoll ( against aggro/always w/ Potion Belt)
