For new players:

Attack face as much as possible. Save your Sinister Strike and, if possible, Eviscerate until you can combo them same turn with one or ideally more spell damage+ cards. Take your time and do the math when you have these spells in hand. You can often find yourself able to deal >20 damage in a turn, especially when coupled with Cold Blood.
