What I've seen with most Mogu Cultist rogues, is that they try to lean all into the dream of summoning Highkeeper Ra and include card like Shadow of Death. Their deck has no other win condition, and their winrate suffers for it. This is completely unnecessary. 

This deck is different in that most games, you will win because of utilizing the tempo rogue core of the deck. Highkeeper Ra is merely a backup plan that can cheese out some wins. 

Starting at rank 15, the deck has a 64% winrate after 28 games.  20% of the games were won with Highkeeper Ra.
